HIS BEST TWO YEARS

Behold, I send you out to reprove the world of all their unrighteous deeds, and to teach them of a judgment which is to come.....And whoso receiveth you, there I will be also, for I will go before your face. I will be on your right hand and on your left, and my Spirit shall be in your hearts, and mine angels round about you, to bear you up.

Hello on This Very Late Monday.....Jan 7th

Sooooo its been a very long day not what i was planning last week but i guess that's the way it went.

So the reason why i am writing right now is because we just now got back from Tijuana! We headed out last night about 7 O'clock and got in Tijuana around 9. Then we stayed in the house of the other missionarys house, and then today we had another meeting with district leaders and zone leaders of Tijuana and Ensenada. soooooo we got back here to ensenada around 6 and here i am...

But it has been a great week. busy but in a different way. we are still getting used to thinks here and a lot, of members/ investigadores, sooooo its been pretty hard to find some people. but today is the end of vacations and school started today. Yippee so now we have even more work to do. thanks to this training session they gave us tomorrow to be our p-day but we are FULL with appointments so we are going to work instead. I will come back to the internet to write the president in the morning then we have appointments from 11 on. So its very good. Like i have said before i am soo happy here. So thankful for this service that i have been able to give, and all the many, many blessings that i have received. The weeks keep flying by, so i got to get everything in the little time. i don't know if you have noticed but i have been taking out some more money to buy some stuff to take home. I took out this week and think i will take out sometime in the future.

NEWS they havent sent my package. it is sitting in the office still. But its because they had a problem with one package that a missionary tried to send home and they had a lot of problems. sooo i think before i go to the airport i will have to take it personally. LONG STORY but its not lost.

There has been some sick missionarys but i am good soo far. although not out the clear, i have seen lots of misisonarys get sick in the last little bit before they go home. i am good so far. i got to go now got some things to do of the p-day that i have left but if i have time i will write you all a little note tomorrow in the morning,

but always remember,

January 1st-Hello on a Tuesday

Well to start off i am sure that you all think i have forgotten about you all but its not true. last week they informed us that we would have our p-day changed from Monday to today. so it was just a one time thing, next week will be normal i hope. But here i am.

The week was really good we eat good, and yesterday we had a good family home evening and eat good. i don't really want to talk about it much, but last night i was about to go to bed when i heard a squik. and we had a mouse in our house. What a great way to start of the new year.

But don't have much time because we going to go play soccer and at 6 o clock our bus leaves to tijuana, because we have a conference tomorrow. so its a great day to be alive. really happy, hope all you all have a good one and remember and

everyone loves a missionary,

New Sector, New City--December 17th

Well i am now outside of the city tijuana! And i am now in the city Ensenada. remember Derek Mcdaniel went to mexico, he came here.  From what i have seen so far its a very nice place. Not anything like Tijuana. here there is a lot of tourism and cool stuff. The catch is i am opening up a sector!!! So i am actually lost. just a little bit. I came from Tijuana, and my new( old) compaion came from San Luis, so we don't know this place. Speaking of my companion, its elder Ramirez! thats right my Old companion from about 6 months ago en the Ward Los altos!! They have put us back together and we are happy to be here.

So last week it was good, like a said i knew they were going to change me so it was a sad week with saying goodbyes and stuff. Then Thursday, saturday, and today it rained so it made it just a little sader. But i am glad to be where i am. Plus the conference we had with the De Hoyos family. Really powerful him and his wife. She challenged us to read the book oh mormon more in her talk. She even told us that Joesph Smith translated the Book Of Mormon in 85 days! so she gave us the challenge of reading it in 85 days! While reading it to highlight Jesus's name or surname that appears. So we will see if i do it. i have started, but i do admit it will be hard but it will be good.

I am so happy here. yesterday we had several people come to church so i have left a lot of work in that ward for the next missionary. And thats how it is. The lords work keeps on rolling! and its great to be part of it. I have been so blessed in my life i am forever in debt of my heavenly father for that. I am glad to be here serving him and want to be an instrument in his hands. As of tomorrow, i am the "oldest" missionary in the field. Well there is 8 of us. But we become the oldest in the mission. so i have got to make the most of it.

I know that our hevenly father is watching us. I know that he has angles here helping everyone of us in our journeys! i know that Jesus is our Savior. that because of him, my life has a purpose. He loves us, and i love him.

Hope you all are saying your prayers, having family prayers, having your family home evening, reading the scriptures, and LIVING THE GOSPEL!

and remeber that everyone loves a missionary,

Elder Olsen

Dec 10th--Almost Christmas Time

So to start off with the good news,

I got a package today like a miracle falling out of the sky. It was from the young women in the ward so please give them a special thank you from tijuana.

Plus other good news. yesterday the primary asked me to go and talk with them, give my testimony, and things like that. I loved it. I made me feel like a kid again. I had to sit in between two boys making lots of noise. Then i gave my testimony and shared an experience with them. Plus we have also been working with the members of the ward, trying to help them participate in the Missionary Work. and now this week we have lots of appointments with new investigadores wanting to know more about the church. So that has us really excited. Plus this week a Seventy is going to be here in the mission. Elder De Hoyos. haven't meet him before so it will be a great experience. also

now comes the bad news. I was talking with my leaders today, and they confirmed that i will be leaving next week. Most likely outside of the city Tijuana, for the first time!!!! so it will be hard to leave the people here behind because i have been here for about five months now. But i am going to do everything i possible can this week before i leave.  so its a busy week, but know that i love you all,, thanks for all your supoort and love,

But until next time,

always remember,

That everybody loves a missionary!!
